Hi, I’m Jason…

Founder of Trigger Happi™ and author of the personal development book Living with the Dragon.

I used to think managing stress, anger and mental health was simply just about taking deep breaths.

I was wrong.

I’ve spent the better part of my life feeling angry. And for the longest time I felt depressed and was never pleased with anything in my life. It affected me at home, at work and especially in my relationships. Coupled with a dose of depression and anxiety, it just felt helpless for me to move forward.

Do you know that feeling when you feel weighed down by everything around you?

I think there’s a lot of people out there who feel the same way.

Over the years, I discovered a great deal about the effects of childhood abuse, trauma and mental illness can have on people. It’s been quite the journey and ride, even terrifying sometimes when I came to realize how much it has impacted myself. But what I gained by understanding myself more was a wealth of happiness and success.

When the answers finally came to me, I also gained clarity and motivation. I’ve not only become an author, I’ve also become a mental health speaker at conferences, a collaborator for men’s groups and a facilitator for workshops on mental health.

I started looking at life differently from a new set of lens and learned to view mental health as a responsibility of everyone.

My goal is to share with you all the valuable information I learned on how you can reshape your views on mental health and improve your well-being. You’ll find a series of insightful, witty and engaging BLOGS to help you ‘click’ refresh on your mental health.
