The feeling of having a healthy supply of self-worth is something I can only imagine might have been more readily available, natural and automatic if I was able to see that in myself as a child. As an adult survivor of childhood abuse, self-worth was not supplied in healthy doses while growing up.
How do you create a healthy set of boundaries? What do boundaries mean to you? Are you a doormat and can't say "No"? Do you often cross other people's boundaries?
With each passing significant experience in my life, I'm able to self-reflect with personal growth. There's been so many incredible positives to take away from this experience. Yet another chapter in my life, albeit short, has completed and new ones await.
